Can Mockitt Import Adobe XD Files? What to Check Before Migrating
Mockitt’s import options can change as the product is updated. Do not rely on an old yes-or-no answer. Sign in to the current Mockitt workspace, check the available import formats, and test the exact Adobe XD file you need to migrate. For a related workflow, see AI.
Run a small migration test
- Keep the original XD file and make a copy for testing.
- Use a file containing text, vectors, images, components, fonts, and at least one interaction.
- Import it through the current workspace entry point, if XD is listed as a supported format.
- Check every page for missing fonts, rasterized vectors, changed constraints, detached components, and lost interactions.
- Record what remains editable and rebuild anything that is only a static preview.
If the current workspace does not offer XD import, export only the assets you need as SVG or PNG and rebuild the screens and interactions in Mockitt. SVG may preserve vector shapes, while PNG is a visual reference; neither should be assumed to preserve the original XD layer structure.
Keep the XD source, the exported assets, and the migration checklist together. Confirm the result on the current Mockitt version before deleting or archiving the source file.
